I'm looking for a tattoo designer. I have the idea, I just need someone to execute it on paper.

So, which forum would it be in? Would it be put in the art market or the graphic market?

And how much do you think I should be offering? It's super simple, and I was offering 100k... Should I bump it up?

And how do you people who actually get noticed on the market boards do it? Give me your secrets please!

Art market. The price is really up to you and the artist. I can't say how hard an idea would be or how much time it would take. If you think it's really simple you can put up a base offer but it wouldn't hurt to have more to offer, just incase.

Judging by those explanations I would say art Market. You could always create a ticket/ask the MM of the section too.

Are you talking about a real tattoo that's going on your skin? Dude, talk to a tattoo artist about that, not some random person on a non-tattoo website. Getting inked is SRS BSNS.

You don't need a tattoo artist to draw your design for you. Many/most of them will, but are also happy to use a design you bring in with you. There are some amazing artists here on subeta and I've thought of doing the same sort of thing in requesting someone to draw up a design for me. Whether or not it became a tattoo would depend on the final product. It's not like she's asking someone on subeta to come over to her house and tattoo her. :P

I meant it's incredibly impersonal to get some random person to design something that's going into your skin permanently. But that's just my opinion. I'm getting inked myself and have designed all tats myself. I pretty much shun flash tats, so getting a tat designed by someone else still has that same impersonal feeling to it.

But like I said, that's just me.
